- 1 ½ Cup Almond Flour
- 6 Large Eggs Separated
- 4 tbsp. Melted Butter
- 3 tsp. Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp. Cream of Tartar
- 1 pinch Salt
First, preheat your oven to 375 and then as we mention before separate the egg whites from the yolks. After that add the Cream of Tartar on your whites and beat them until you achieve soft peaks. Combine the egg yolks, butter, almond flour, baking powder and the salt in the food processor. Mix until they combine. You will have lumpy and thick dough until you add the whites. Then add 1/3 of those beaten egg whites on the almond flour mixture and process it well until they are mixed. Add those remaining 2/3 of your egg whites and try to process them gently until they become fully incorporated. The last step is to pour the mixture into a buttered 8×4 loaf pan and bake for no more than 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to be sure if the bread is cooked through and enjoy.
