Black Lemonade Recipe For Natural Detoxing, Whiter Teeth And More

The Recipe

It is a fairly simple recipe which requires simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Well, minus the charcoal, that is.

Ingredients:

  • The juice of one lemon
  • One to two capsules of activated charcoal
  • Maple syrup or stevia
  • Ice
  • Water

What to do:

Start off by cutting the lemon in half and use a juicer to squeeze the juice out. Also, be sure to take out any seeds which may have fallen in. Add the juice to a 16 oz glass.

Check the dosage on the container or bottle of activated charcoal before breaking open one to two capsules. Add them to the lemon juice and give it a good stir to mix up these two ingredients.

Next thing you do is just fill the glass with ice cubes and add some water. You can also add a sweetener, like a drop or two of stevia (or even a few drops, if you like it really sweet).

You can add a slice of lemon for decoration purposes.

One more piece of advice: It is advised to drink large quantities of water when taking activated charcoal. That’s why it’s better to add the charcoal to a water drink instead of just taking the capsules.
