Signs That the Blood Sugar Is Too High

The blood sugar shows the glucose in the blood. Glucose is the source of energy for every cell in the body and is ingested from what we eat. Mostly, the high blood glucose is named hyperglycemia and is caused by 2 things.

The glycemic index or GI is rank of carbs in foods we often eat and how they impact our blood sugar.

The numbers are 1-100, so we have low GI, moderate I and high GI foods. The first is processed slowly and the third the least slow.
