Homemade Thyme Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Purified water
  • Organic thyme

Instructions:

Place 1 tsp. of dried thyme per cup of water in a brewing container. However, increase the amount of thyme if you use the fresh variety.

Heat the water and pour it over as soon as it starts boiling.

Next, cover and infuse it for 5 minutes.

At least, just strain it.
